We have simplified this process to one step. Now when you create a task for a project you can choose to add the task to one or more other active projects. You can choose specific projects or select all of them with a single click.

Enter a project and select Add Task. Enter the task information and select Yes for Copy Task to Other Projects. Check all the projects you want to copy the task to then select Add Task.
