Choose your own start page

Today we rolled out a highly requested feature that allows you to choose where in WeWorked you are taken when you first login.  We refer to this feature as “choose your own start page”. The goal is to save you time by reducing clicks and taking you directly to what is important. If you are the finance person and mainly deal with invoices, you may find value in going straight to invoices area after login. Managers may choose to go immediately to reports. The choice is yours.  

Here are the places in WeWorked that you can go to after login, all limited by permissions:

  • Your timesheet
  • Review timesheets
  • Reports
  • Invoices

We may add more places if we find the need. Let us know if you would like to go to a screen not listed.

Changing your start page is easy. Simply edit your personal profile and choose your Default View.

NEW: View Past Receipts

Starting today you can view all your past WeWorked receipts. You will continue to receive the standard receipt by email when a payment is received, but should you ever need additional information or something more formal, the new PDF receipt should satisfy your need. You can even add additional information to your receipts, such as your VAT Number and address. We hope this makes things easier for you.

You can access the new receipts by clicking Account in the Dashboard area. Your receipts are located under the new section Payment History.

ATTN: Official WeWorked App for iPhone

We are happy to announce the release of the Official WeWorked iPhone app.  It is now available for download from Apple’s App Store.  The WeWorked app is optimized for iOS 7 and offers the following features:

  • View timesheets
  • Enter time on a timesheet
  • Edit a timesheet
  • Submit a timesheet for review – weekly or biweekly
  • Review timesheets
  • Approve timesheets – weekly or biweekly
  • Deny timesheets – weekly or biweekly
  • Quickly jump to a specific date to enter
  • Quickly search for a user
  • Add a comment
  • View active, pending, and disabled users
