Now you can view a single day at a time. As you are working and adjusting your time in WeWorked you can more easily stay focused on the current day. No need to see other days of the week. But of course you can switch back and forth between views. In addition to being able to add tasks and update time from the day view, you can also enter more detailed comments. These comments will relate to a specific time entry and task.
To make it easy to spot detailed comments, a small bar will appear under the time entry that has a detailed comment.
Note: You can add a new task in Daily View, but deleting tasks and approving or denying time is limited to the week view.
Switching to day view
There are two ways to switch to day view: 1) click on the date 2) click on the Day View link.
Returning to week view
Simply click Week View above your timesheet.
Entering comments in day view
Click Edit Detail, enter your comments, then click Save Details.
We are also introducing a new report that shows these detailed comments. The new report is named “Detailed Line Items with Daily Comments”. Enjoy!

It is time for more personalization. At WeWorked, we understand the importance and value of branding, so we are happy to introduce the ability to upload logos. Your logo will appear on all your invoices. Now go make it happen. Click Settings then Edit for the company section. You can then upload a .jpg or .gif. You logo can also be any shape.
Today we made it easier for you to administer your WeWorked account. No more having to log into PayPal to see what plan you signed up for. We added a central area we call the Account Center that is only accessible to administrators. In the Account Center you will find information about your plan, including the name, price, next billing date, and number of users.
Administrators will notice two new links in the upper right corner of the screen:
- Account – takes you to the Account Center
- Upgrades – takes you to an overview of our plan upgrades. And, yes, we now offer plans up to 500 users.
Changing your plan
New customers will no longer be able to upgrade using a PayPal account. Existing subscriptions are not impacted and do not require a change. Everything will just keep on working as before. However, future changes to accounts will be processed securely within WeWorked. No need to maintain a PayPal account. Upgrading and downgrading is all done with a few clicks. You can even change your monthly subscription to an annual subscription with a few clicks.
There is also no need to email us should you wish to cancel your account. Administrators can cancel an account from within the Account Center. Canceling is just as easy as upgrading.

Tracking time is great, but equally as important is the ability to retrieve timesheet data in an easy and meaningful way. Starting today, you can generate reports using three new filters – Time Status, Task Status, and Show Zeros.
- Time Status allows you to return approved, not approved, or all time.
- Task Status allows you to return billable, non-billable, or all time.
- Show Zeros allows you to return rows that include or exclude rows that have zero hours.
All of three filters can be used to generate reports as well as invoices. I am sure you can figure out some creative ways to leverage these new filters in your organization.
